Abstract搅拌摩擦加工是一种较新的细晶材料制备方法,制备出的细晶结构含有非常高比率的高角晶界,晶界间夹角与立方晶格的随机分布近似。超塑性研究表明搅拌摩擦加工铝合金不仅可以在175℃的低温下表现出大于200%的延伸率,还可以在1× 10-1 s-1的超高应变速率变形条件下表现出高达2150%的超塑性。
