采用多尺度模型耦合方法模拟织构的演化

Abstract将宏观尺度的有限元模型与介观尺度的粘塑性自洽模型耦合,对奥氏体不锈钢平面应变压缩进行了多尺度的模拟研究。在宏观有限元的计算结果基础上,计算形变织构的组分与强度所需的时间较传统晶体塑性有限元有大幅度减少。计算结果表明,变形结束时,坯料随机分布的取向形成了较强的Copper、S与Brass织构,与实验测试结果吻合良好。
