载钯硅藻土的制备及吸放氢循环性能研究

Abstract钯是室温范围内氢同位素分离因子最高的储氢金属,因此作为氢同位素分离材料得到了广泛的研究和应用。纯钯在多次吸放氢循环后由于内应力作用导致粉化,进而影响其吸氢量和动力学性能,更重要的是在同位素分离过程中粉化的钯颗粒会导致热阻和气阻增大,影响分离系统的分离效率和工作稳定性。应用中多采用多孔载体与纯钯制备成复合材料,以多孔载体缓冲吸放氢循环过程中的内应力,抑制粉化,同时增加氢与钯的接触界面,提高反应速度。本文以硅藻土为载体制备出钯/硅藻土(Pd/K)复合储氢材料,研究了其结构特点及储氢性能,并进一步考察了经2000次吸放氢循环后的性能变化。
