Abstract本文通过现场大气暴露实验,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、红外光谱(FIR)和X-射线光电子谱(XPS)等分析技术手段,表征了不锈钢在富盐大气环境下的锈层特征。不锈钢在盐湖大气环境下暴露6个月后表面发生了点蚀,腐蚀速率随暴露时间减小;腐蚀产物主要由β-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH、δ-FeOOH、Fe3O4以及含铬的化合物组成;锈层表面的灰尘和含氯沉积物加速了不锈钢的点蚀。
