高强钢的超高周疲劳强度的预测

Abstract利用超声疲劳实验方法研究了十八种具有不同夹杂物尺寸,抗拉强度从1680MPa到2180MPa的高强钢的超高周疲劳性能。研究了高强钢的超高周疲劳强度和夹杂物的关系。基于氢在超高周疲劳过程中的作用,提出了一个预测高强钢的超高周疲劳强度模型。这个预测模型的预测值与实验符合较好。
