Abstract镍基单品高温合金具有较高的承温能力、优异的高温强度和良好的综合性能,其应用大大促进了航空发动机推重比和工作效率的提升。本文采用四种凝固速率(分别为2,4,6,7mm/min)制备了AM3镍单品高温合金,系统研究了凝固速率对合金铸态组织、相转变溢度、均匀化效果、缺陷分布和持久性能的影响。
