电厂锅炉水冷壁泄漏原因分析

Abstract本文通过对锅炉水冷壁材质、鳍片与水冷壁焊接区域的组织、泄露部位的腐蚀产物和断口形貌特征进行分析,得出水冷壁泄漏是由于运行环境下渣井水中的碱性水喷洒到低温区域(330℃)的水冷壁,同时该区域的水冷壁与鳍片的焊缝和热影响区的中马氏体和贝氏体组织加速腐蚀,进而导致水冷壁发生碱脆,产生泄漏。
