高温高压水溶液环境中纯Ni热电偶套管腐蚀失效分析

Abstract本文利用体视显微镜、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及其能谱(EDS)等多种手段对纯Ni热电偶套管在强碱性环境中的腐蚀失效行为进行了分析,发现均匀腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀是纯Ni套管主要的腐蚀形式,主要腐蚀产物为Ni(OH)2,腐蚀产物疏松多裂纹,与纯Ni基体剥离形成狭缝,Cl-进入裂纹和狭缝引起局部环境酸化而加速了基体的腐蚀;并提出了相应的减缓腐蚀的建议。
