| Abstract | 为了进行超声导波远距离探伤的检测距离和灵敏度方面的实验研究，专门设计制作了导波探头、接收放大器和功率放大器，与函数发生器、虚拟示波器和笔记本电脑组成导波探伤实验系统。在一根Φ28 mm×2．5 mm×8．9 m(外径×壁厚×长度)的不锈钢样管上进行了T(0，1)模导波探伤实验，得到了较好的实验结果。单向探测Φ1．5 mm通孔(1．9％横截面金属损失率)的距离达到了169 m，探测Φ3．2 mm通孔(4％横截面金属损失率)的距离达到了231 m。 |
