小口径管T(0,1)模超声导波远距离探伤实验研究

Abstract为了进行超声导波远距离探伤的检测距离和灵敏度方面的实验研究,专门设计制作了导波探头、接收放大器和功率放大器,与函数发生器、虚拟示波器和笔记本电脑组成导波探伤实验系统。在一根Φ28 mm×2.5 mm×8.9 m(外径×壁厚×长度)的不锈钢样管上进行了T(0,1)模导波探伤实验,得到了较好的实验结果。单向探测Φ1.5 mm通孔(1.9%横截面金属损失率)的距离达到了169 m,探测Φ3.2 mm通孔(4%横截面金属损失率)的距离达到了231 m。
