TiAl合金板材的洁净雾化预合金粉末冶金制备技术

Abstract作为轻质高温材料的TiAl基合金板材在航空领域的应用前景广阔,航天领域对TiA1基合金薄板材的需求日益迫切。TiAl基合金由于Al含量高和热塑性低,铸锭冶金工艺(IM)难以消除成分偏析,无法获得大尺寸的TiAl基合金板坯;预合金粉末冶金(PM)工艺可解决板材的组织均匀性、性能一致性和制备大规格板坯的技术难题。本文采用超声气体雾化方法制备洁净TiAl预合金粉末,经过粉末除气、封装、热等静压致密化获得TiAl热轧板坯,采用优化工艺组合包套热轧制备出粉末冶金TiAl基合金板材。轧制过程中材料的应变、应力状态、温度场分布非常复杂,本文采用Gleeble热模拟试验机和有限元(FEM)模拟相结合,确定了热加工工艺窗口。采用模拟分析获得的优化的热轧加工窗口指导粉末冶金TiAl基合金板热轧加工,得到组织均匀、性能良好的粉末冶金TiAl基合金板材。此外,本研究还对TiAl基合金板材成功地进行了电子束焊接,拓展了TiAl基合金板材的应用范围。
