火焰喷涂NiCrAl/SiO2高温封严涂层的组织及性能研究

Abstract采用火焰喷涂技术制备NiCrAl/SiO2高温封严涂层,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机及摩擦磨损试验机对涂层组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明,涂层硬度对涂层结合强度和摩擦学性能影响明显。随硬度提高,涂层结合强度呈先增大后减小趋势变化,涂层与偶件销销间摩擦系数逐渐增大,涂层磨损量呈先减小后增大趋势变化,偶件销磨损量呈先增大后减小趋势变化。当涂层硬度HR15y 为70 时,涂层内组织均匀,颗粒熔化状态良好,孔隙率较小,此时涂层结合强度最大,为10.74MPa,涂层磨损量最小,25℃和950℃下分别为2.72mm3 和8.95mm3,偶件销磨损量最大,25℃和950℃下分别为24.5mg 和34.8mg。
