Abstract本文根据OCr18Ni10Ti废热锅炉管服役环境,通过成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察、X射线能谱分析、力学性能测试等方法对废热锅炉换热管爆裂进行失效分析,研究了锅炉管爆裂原因。结果表明:换热管爆管属于有氯离子参与的连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂,来源是换热管未按标准要求进行固溶处理,导致换热管具有较高残余应力,应力主要为环向张应力。
