第三代单晶高温合金DD33的高温氧化行为

Abstract采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDX)以及X射线衍射分析(XRD)等手段,研究了第三代镍基单晶高温合金DD33的恒温氧化行为。结果表明:在950℃,氧化初期增重迅速,随氧化时间的延长,氧化增重十分缓慢,氧化产物分为三层,外层为NiO,含有少量CoO,中间层由Ta的氧化物和尖晶石化合物组成,内层为Al2O3:而在1100℃氧化过程中,氧化产物剥落严重、厚度不均,由表层至内部依次为NiO层、尖晶石化合物层和Al2O1层。
