二次时效对单晶高温合金微观组织和持久性能的影响

Abstract通过对3种不同错配度的单晶合金都施以3种二次时效处理,并对各种状态的试样在900℃下进行了500和1000 h的长期时效,组织观察表明,二次时效对合金组织稳定性的影响与合金的错配度密切相关,大错配度的合金中γ'保持立方状,而小错配度的合金中γ'发生球化。测试了各种状态的试样在1010℃/248 MPa下的持久性能,持久寿命随着二次时效温度的升高而增大,且错配度越大时增幅也越大。
