Abstract研究了两种β工艺(β退火和β锻造)下Ti-6Al-2zr-2V-1.5Mo ELI钛合金的显微组织、室温拉伸性能和损伤容限性能。结果表明:两种β工艺下,棒材的显微组织均为不含有初生α的集束状片层组织,而β锻造棒材的α片层相对较厚;两种β工艺均可获得高的损伤容限性能,β锻造棒材的室温强度和断裂韧性较高,但β退火棒材的室温塑性、冲击韧性和疲劳裂纹扩展抗力较高。这也说明,α片层厚度的增加,可提高断裂韧性,但会降低疲劳裂纹扩展性能。
