无机胶黏剂在固相渗铬环境中的失效行为

Abstract一种商用耐高温无机胶黏剂在固相渗铬工况下发生了胶黏作用失效现象,本工作分析了该胶黏剂失效的原因。首先,通过xRD分析了该胶黏剂的相组成,利用体式显微剂观察固化后胶体的整体形貌,采用扫描电镜、能谱和X光电子能谱分析胶黏剂经固相渗铬环境后微观形貌和成分的变化。分析结果表明:硅酸盐类无机胶黏剂在固相渗铬环境中受到酸性气体、水和活性铬的作用,其中酸性气体和水分的协同作用是造成胶黏剂失效的主要原因。通过控制固相渗铬工艺参数,减少工况中水分含量,可有效避免胶黏剂的失效行为。
