网状镍铬电热合金的制备及其寿命评价

Abstract以泡沫镍板为基材,通过粉末包埋法渗铬,制备出网状镍铬电热合金,并通过快速寿命实验对其在真空中的使用寿命进行评价。结果表明:通过粉末包埋法渗铬能获得成分均匀,具有高表观电阻率的网状NiCr20(质量分数)电热合金;在真空压强优于5×10-2Pa,功率20W下,网状NiCr20电热合金经过25000次通断电寿命实验后其室温电阻减小值小于8%。SEM及EDS表明网状镍铬电热合金在寿命实验中铬向外扩散在合金表面形成了致密的氧化铬膜,同时在氧化膜/金属界面有孔洞生成。
