Abstract采用磁控溅射先驱丝+ 真空热压法制备 了SiCf/Ti-22Al-24Nb-1Mo 复合材料,并对其在700℃、 750℃、800℃进行长时间热暴露实验,得到了复合材料 界面区反应层长大速率及界面区长大扩散激活能;研 究了复合材料界面区元素扩散机理,确定了界面反应产 物,发现了元素扩散规律。
