Abstract研究焊缝及近缝区金属在接近熔点温度(脆性温度)承受的变形是解决焊接热裂纹问题的基础之一.本文介绍了苏联普罗霍罗夫学派的传统观点,指出他们用纵向变形的测量结果来计算横向变形和解释纵向裂纹是不应该的.论证"固定端"不存在,推导出新的计算公式,解释了普罗霍罗夫不能解释的现象,提出了两项减少焊接热裂纹的措施:在焊接热源后对处于脆性温度区的金属进行局部快冷和此区两侧的金属进行补充加热,以减少焊缝和近缝区金属在脆性温度间隔内冷却时承受的变形量.
