Abstract对搅拌摩擦加工Al-Mg-Sc合金,制备细晶超塑性结构及其高应变速率超塑性进行了深入研究.采用小尺寸搅拌头,在低转速下对Al-Mg-Sc合金进行搅拌摩擦加工(FSP),得到了平均晶粒尺寸1.6μm的细小等轴晶结构.超塑性研究表明,FSP样品可以在400~475℃较宽的温度范围和1×10-2~3×10-1s-1的应变速率下获得高应变速率超塑性.在450℃,3×10-2s-1时,获得了最高1500%的延伸率.超塑性拉伸数据分析及扫描电镜观察表明超塑性变形机理以晶界滑移为主.
