电火花沉积Fe_(48)Cr_(16)Mo_(15)C_(17)B_4非晶合金涂层的微观组织和性能

Abstract以Fe_(48)Cr_(16)Mo_(15)C_(17)B_4合金为电极,采用电火花沉积工艺在1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢表面制备了铁基合金涂层。用XRD和SEM等方法分别表征了涂层的微观结构、涂层表面及横截面的微观形貌,测定了涂层的显微硬度、摩擦磨损性能和电化学性能。结果表明,所制备的Fe_(48)Cr_(16)Mo_(15)C_(17)B_4涂层为非晶态结构、致密,与基体为冶金化结合,显微硬度为1129 kg/mm~2,与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢基体相比其摩擦系数较小,耐磨性较高,在1mol/LHCl溶液中具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。
