新型高硅铁素体/马氏体钢中的δ铁素体

Abstract采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了3种新型高硅铁素体/马氏体钢的显微组织;同时研究了其力学性能。研究结果表明:钢中添加硅元素会形成大量的δ铁素体,而将钢中碳质量分数提高到0.25%时,可以抑制δ铁素体的形成。δ铁素体会降低钢的强度,但并不降低钢的韧性。沿轧制方向分布的长条状δ铁素体割裂了基体的连续性,使钢的冲击试样断口呈现分层特征。
