几种高速列车用弹簧钢的脱碳敏感性

Abstract研究了51CrV4、52CrMoV4、60Si2CrVA、60Si2MnA共4种高速列车常用弹簧钢的表面脱碳形貌,比较了脱碳敏感性大小。结果表明,Cr-V系弹簧钢具有较小的脱碳敏感性,Si-Mn系弹簧钢的脱碳倾向较大。在850~1050℃温度范围内,60Si2MnA的脱碳最严重,60Si2CrVA次之,51CrV4、52CrMoV4的脱碳敏感性最小。弹簧钢的化学成分对其脱碳行为有重要影响。
