N掺杂TiO_2的制备和光催化性能

Abstract以钛酸四丁酯、酚醛树脂、无水乙醇、冰醋酸、盐酸胍和P123为原料制备氮掺杂TiO2,采用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、N2吸附-脱附和UV-Vis等手段对其进行了表征。以对氨基苯磺酸为模型污染物,研究了氮源加入量对氮掺杂氧化钛光催化性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的样品为锐钛矿型TiO2,一次粒径约为13.7 nm,二次粒径约为100 nm,颗粒间有堆积的介孔;氮的掺杂使TiO2在可见光区具有显著的吸收。随着N源加入量的提高,在可见光区的吸收增强,光催化效果也随之增强。
