力学性能对低碳马氏体不锈钢00Cr13Ni5Mo抗空蚀性能的影响

Abstract本文测定了经不同热处理的00Cr13Ni5Mo在蒸馏水中的抗空蚀性能。通过分析力学性能与12h累积失重的关系确定了抗拉强度、屈服强度、布氏硬度是影响材料抗空蚀性能的关键因素,同时较高的冲击功与延伸率有利于提高抗空蚀性能。00Cr13Ni5Mo在回火过程中会发生奥氏体逆转变,逆变奥氏体的存在使材料在具有较高强度的同时还具有良好的韧性。由于具有较高的逆变奥氏体量,经过650℃回火的试样的耐空蚀性能比550℃~600℃回火的更好。
