Abstract本文利用Gleeble3800对高镍钢坯进行了热塑性试验。结果表明高镍钢在高温下有两个脆性区,第三脆性位于600~930℃范围内,断面收缩率不小于33%。通过断口分析和Thermo-calc软件研究了高镍钢高温下的断裂机制。分析了冷却速度、加热温度和应变速率对高镍钢热塑性的影响,由此拟含得到高镍钢热塑性的数学模型。基于实验结果,用有限元法模拟优化了高镍钢连铸工艺。
