Abstract采用不同粉料制备了4种模壳面层并在1600~1620℃浇注了K441合金铸件,利用扫描电镜、能谱及表面粗糙度测量仪研究了铸件表面组织、成分和表面粗糙度。实验结果表明,石英玻璃粉面层、锆英石粉面层、刚玉粉面层及EC95粉面层在高温下都会与K441合金中的Al或C发生化学反应,石英玻璃粉面层反应最严重,铸件表面有类似气泡类缺陷出现,其铸件表面粗糙度达Ra4.97μm,使用锆英石粉面层铸件表面粗糙度为Ra2.57μm,使用EC95面层铸件表面粗糙度为Ra2.05μm,使用刚玉粉面层反应程度最轻,其表面粗糙度只为Ra1.55 μm。
