Abstract超疏水材料由于其自身的重要性,在实际应用和基础研究中都引起了人们浓厚的兴趣和关注。本文在TEOS/水/醇体系中,采用电化学沉积技术在金属或导电玻璃上制备出多孔分层的二氧化硅,然后在经过预水解的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)水溶液中浸泡,使其表面自组装一层表面能低的分子层,实现亲水性二氧化硅的超疏水化。
