Abstract本文系统地研究了干摩擦条件下不同铝含量(0-2.2wt.%)铜铝合金的摩擦磨损行为以及亚表层结构,结果表明磨损量首先随着铝含量增加而减小并达到最小值,然后随着铝含量增加而增加。所有样品均形成稳态磨痕亚表层结构,即由严重塑性变形的纳米机械混合层(Nanostructured mixing layer,NML)和超细晶组成的动态再结晶层(Dynamic recrystallization,DRX)组成。磨损量和亚表层动态再结晶结构的定量关系表明:当动态再结晶尺寸大于0.65μm时,DRX结构向表层NML转变对材料耐磨性起主导作用;然而当动态再结晶尺寸小于0.5μm时,动态再结晶层的快速开裂和剥落起...
