Abstract利用大气等离子喷涂技术制备Ni/Al粘结底层、火焰喷涂技术制备NiCrAl/Diatomite可磨耗封严涂层,采用可模拟可磨耗封严涂层工况的高速∕高温摩擦磨损试验机研究了NiCrAl/Diatomite封严涂层在820℃下的摩擦磨损性能,探究涂层磨损机理。结果表明,NiCrAl/Diatomite封严涂层与K24镍基高温合金偶件间的摩擦系数随试验时间变化不大,整个试验过程平均摩擦系数为0.385;NiCrAl/Diatomite封严涂层的磨损机理为涂抹、切削和摩擦氧化,K24合金偶件销的磨损机理为犁削和摩擦氧化。
