Abstract利用大气等离子喷涂技术制备NiCoCrAl/Y_2O_3粘结底层、火焰喷涂技术制备NiCrAl/SiO_2高温可磨耗封严涂层,采用可模拟可磨耗封严涂层工况的高速/高温摩擦磨损试验机研究了NiCrAl/SiO_2封严涂层在950℃下的摩擦磨损性能,探究涂层高温磨损机理,并进行微观组织分析。结果表明,制备的NiCrAl/SiO_2封严涂层熔化状态良好,组织均匀;与K24镍基高温合金叶片间的摩擦系数随试验时间变化不大,整个试验过程平均摩擦系数为0.376;涂层磨痕比较均匀、磨痕表面平整、无大块剥落,具有良好的可刮削性;NiCrAl/SiO_2封严涂层的磨损机理为涂抹、碾压、切削和摩擦氧化。
