Colloidal synthesis and optical properties of metastable wurtzite I-3-III-IV-VI5 (Cu3InSnS5) nanocrystals

摘要Metastable wurtzite I-3-III-IV-VI5 (Cu3InSnS5) semiconductor nanocrystals were successfully synthesized via a hot-injection approach. The structure, composition, morphology, and optical properties of Cu3InSnS5 were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometry, transmission electron microscopy, and UV-Vis absorption. Their suitable band gap value and photoresponse indicate a high potential application in the field of thin film solar cells.
