稀土元素对热障涂层热震性能的影响

Abstract在热障涂层系统中,最外层的陶瓷层起到隔热、降低基体温度的作用。在热障涂层实际工作中,涂层的工作环境是冷热交替的,而并非长期在单一的高温条件下服役。为了解决涂层在如此严酷的环境中易疲劳开裂问题,添加稀土元素以阻碍陶瓷层相变。通过热震试验和观察其表面形貌表明:掺杂稀土元素的陶瓷层热震循环次数最高且表面形貌最平滑致密,说明在热障涂层陶瓷层中掺杂稀土元素可以使热障涂层的使用性能更加优越。
