| Abstract | 利用浸提法在表面防护处理后的镁合金上分别制备PLGA和壳聚糖两种聚合物涂层。通过电化学实验、接触角实验、浸泡实验对镁合金表面载药聚合物涂层进行研究。结果表明,两种载药聚合物涂层除具有药物缓释作用外,还可以在一定程度上提高镁合金的耐蚀性,并保持优异的抗溶血性。 |
