Abstract利用高速刮擦试验机模拟压气机叶片与封严涂层的刮擦行为,研究了NiAl-BN封严涂层与TC4钛合金模拟叶片体系在线速度30m/s到150m/s范围内的磨损行为。结果表明:涂层的磨损,较低线速度下为涂层剥落和叶片向涂层转移机制,高速下转移层发生剥落;较低线速度时,叶片的磨损为犁削机制,随线速度升高转变为犁削和塑性变形机制。
