CADI材料微观组织及其耐磨性能的研究

Abstract采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和磨料磨损试验机研究了含碳化物的等温淬火球墨铸铁(CADI)微观组织及其耐磨性能。结果表明,快冷CADI材料含有较多的碳化物(体积分数,24%),明显高于慢冷CADI试样(9%)。对相同冷速的试样,较高的固溶温度和较长的等温淬火时间会提高材料的奥氏体含量和奥氏体中的C含量。CADI材料的耐磨性主要取决于碳化物含量的多少,碳化物含量高材料耐磨性能好;其次是奥铁体组织,奥氏体含量越多、奥氏体C含量越高,材料的耐磨性能越好。
