新型高温合金GH4169G连轧棒材的组织与持久性能

Abstract本文对采用热连轧工艺生产的GH4169G合金φ46mm轧棒微观组织和高温持久性能进行了研究,并与相同工艺生产的GH4169合金进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,除P、B外其他成分相近的两合金采用相同工艺生产的热轧棒材晶粒度、析出相状态和室温拉伸无明显差异;在650℃/725MPa条件下,GH4169G合金具有优异的持久性能,持久寿命和塑性均有显著的提高;持久断口分析结果表明,与GH4169相比,P、B微合金强化GH4169G合金持久断口晶界韧窝变深,韧窝区域增多,晶界裂纹相对较少,附近晶粒变形明显,这表明其高温晶界得到了明显强化。
