高速刮擦下Ni-G封严涂层与Ti6Al4V叶片间材料转移行为研究

Abstract利用高速刮擦试验机研究了Ni-G封严涂层与Ti6Al4V叶片在线速度30m/s到150m/s下刮擦时的材料转移行为。根据对叶片重量和高度变化、叶片和涂层磨痕的形貌、能谱分析发现,Ni-G封严涂层与Ti6Al4V叶片高速刮擦时主要发生叶片材料向涂层的转移。进一步通过对转移层表面和截面形貌、能谱和XRD分析,以及对分段收集的高速刮擦中的磨屑的观察,阐明了涂层磨痕中叶片材料转移层的结构、物相、转移位置和形成过程。
