液化石油气钢瓶爆裂原因分析

Abstract针对某液化石油气钢瓶发生爆裂的严重事故,对失效钢瓶的断口和材料从宏观到微观进行了全面检查和分析。结果表明:爆裂发生在气瓶纵向焊缝上,开裂沿着焊缝向两侧扩展。严重的焊接缺陷(主要是大而密集的焊接气孔)是使焊缝处材料强度降低的根本原因和发生爆裂的内在因素;气瓶的使用现场环境与状态(主要指气瓶温度和罐装量)是气瓶达到临界应力而爆裂的外部条件和直接原因。
