Abstract以高铁轮轨接触为背景,采用球/板滚动接触实验方式,重点研究了钢轨材料接触疲劳破坏的形式及接触频率对钢轨材料接触疲劳的影响。结果表明,接触疲劳破坏主要有裂纹与点蚀剥落两种形式,裂纹的萌生与扩展是接触疲劳破坏产生的关键因素;接触疲劳实验的结果较为分散,相同实验条件下接触疲劳破坏严重程度可能不同;接触频率增大时接触疲劳破坏的严重程度趋向于增大。
