有机复配缓蚀剂对钢筋缓蚀性能的研究

Abstract  通过半电池电位和线性极化测量技术,在混凝土模拟液中研究了6种复配缓蚀剂对钢筋腐蚀的缓蚀效果,进而利用干/湿循环方法,在混凝土试块中探讨了复配缓蚀剂对钢筋防护的可能性。结果表明:无论混凝土模拟液中,还是干湿循环条件下,添加缓蚀剂后,钢筋腐蚀电流密度显著降低,耐蚀性增强,钢筋开始锈蚀时间明显延长。其中2号缓蚀剂对钢筋腐蚀具有最好缓蚀效果。
