冷却速度对低压脉冲磁场细化纯铜凝固组织的影响

Abstract  本文研究了低压脉冲磁场对纯铜凝固组织的影响,初步获得了不同凝固冷却条件下的脉冲磁场细化规律。当冷却速度较高时,纯铜凝固组织由细小等轴晶组成;随着冷却速度逐渐降低,等轴晶比例急剧降低,凝固组织主要由柱状晶组成;当冷却速度进一步降低,凝固组织为粗大等轴晶和柱状晶混合组织;较高冷却速度条件下,施加脉冲磁场对纯铜凝固组织影响不明显,但在较低冷却速度条件下,脉冲磁场可显著减小柱状晶比例,获得较好的细化效果。脉冲磁场驱动熔体流动加速了凝固区域的散热,使得整个凝固区域温度更趋均匀,且冷速明显增大,有利于获得大量细小等轴晶。当冷却速度较低时,脉冲磁场的作用时间更长,故细化效果更明显。
