Abstract  模拟研究了施加脉冲磁场对镁合金DC铸造过程的影响。结果表明,磁场和电磁力分布主要集中在熔体边缘位置。磁场方向主要沿轴向,而电磁力主要表现为指向熔体中心的电磁力。施加脉冲磁场可以促进熔体流动,进一步均匀温度场,减轻结晶器和金属的粘连,有利于提高铸锭的表面质量。
