低压脉冲磁场对H13钢凝固组织的影响

Abstract  研究了低压脉冲磁场对H13钢凝固组织的影响,考察了不同脉冲磁场频率和电压作用下H13模具钢凝固组织的CET转变(柱状晶向等轴晶转变),并模拟计算了低压脉冲磁场作用下H13钢熔体的受力和流场分布,对其细化机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:脉冲磁场显著促进了H13钢凝固组织的CET转变,等轴晶比例由未施加脉冲磁场的6%提高至施加脉冲磁场的18%。在实验参数范围内,H13钢凝同组织CET转变效果随脉冲频率和电压升高呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。脉冲磁场在熔体中产生的震荡、对流和焦耳热影响晶核从模壁的脱落和晶核在熔体中的均匀分布,从而促进合金凝固组织CET转变。
