Abstract  在7075铝合金凝固过程中施加不同脉冲电压和脉冲频率的低压脉冲磁场,研究脉冲磁场对7075铝合金凝固组织的影响.试验结果表明,低压脉冲磁场能使7075铝合金晶粒细化,在最佳工艺条件下,平均晶粒尺寸由未施加低压脉冲磁场条件下的200μm细化到100 μm,晶粒度等级由2.7提高到3.9.
