Abstract通过干/湿复合循环实验模拟大气腐蚀过程,利用腐蚀失重分析以及扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和红外线光谱分析(FTIR)技术,研究了NaHSO3和NaCl的协同作用对Q235钢大气腐蚀的影响。结果表明,NaHSO3和NaCl之间存在协同效应,两者同时存在于环境中时Q235钢的腐蚀失重比单一腐蚀介质存在时的大。腐蚀介质对Q235钢的腐蚀影响顺序为:NaHSO3+NaCl>NaHSO3>NaCl。在NaHSO3存在的环境中α-FeOOH易于形成,而在NaCl存在的环境中,γ-Fe2O3和Fe3O4易于形成。
