低压脉冲磁场半连续铸造AZ80合金组织及力学性能(英文)

Abstract研究低压脉冲磁场对半连续铸造AZ80镁合金凝固组织及性能的影响。结果表明:低压脉冲磁场半连续铸造AZ80合金凝固组织发生了明显的细化,枝晶形貌由粗大的枝晶变为细小的蔷薇状。AZ80半连续铸锭的变形能力大大提升,相比未施加脉冲磁场制备的AZ80半连续铸锭,其心部变形后塑性提高了80%以上。
