管路弯管部位内壁点腐蚀缺陷超声检测

Abstract由于管路内部介质的冲刷作用,在弯管部位内壁容易形成点状腐蚀坑,影响管路的安全运行。本文介绍了用特制超小型斜探头手动扫查检测管路90°弯曲管段内壁点腐蚀缺陷的超声横波检测实验,以及用特制小型双晶探头测定腐蚀坑深度的实验。结果表明,上述检测方法具有良好的灵敏度和可靠性,可以满足管路点腐蚀原位检测的需要。同时指出超声横波接触法检测弯管的关键在于,需适当减小探头尺寸和加大发射功率。
