Abstract针对燃烧室爆裂故障,运用宏观观察、断口分析、金相组织检验、化学成分检验和拉伸性能检测等方法对故障件进行分析。结果表明:燃烧室残骸的断裂性质属于过载断裂;断裂源位于小口径圆弧过渡部位,主断裂源表现为木纹状形貌,属于缺陷断口;木纹状断口处存在合金相聚集,沿热加工方向呈条带状分布。
