热水器内胆腐蚀原因的电化学分析

Abstract某品牌热水器使用8 a后内胆发生大面积腐蚀漏水。通过对相关区域进行宏观观察、金相分析和电化学分析,对内胆搪瓷涂层和镁合金牺牲阳极进行电化学测试以分析其失效原因。结果表明,经过多年使用搪瓷涂层性能下降、镁牺牲阳极失效,由于变形金属具有更负的开路电位,因此在筒身发生变形的区域更容易发生腐蚀,随后腐蚀发展直至穿孔,导致内胆漏水。
